Hello, and welcome back to another episode of Next Gen on Elevate Springfield. I'm Ellie, and I'm not here with my dad again. You guys are gonna start missing him at this point. Okay. But he was here last week, so it's okay. Would you like to introduce yourself? It's Adeline again. Welcome back on the show. How are you feeling? I'm feeling good because we're doing a different topic this time that I like. Did you not like the last topic? No, I did like the last topic, but this one's gonna be funny. Okay. Well, do you want to get into it or do you want to intro it a little bit? We can get into it because I uh I'm excited for some of these questions. Well, would you like to tell us what we're talking about today? Well well, today we're asking each other questions so you guys can get to know us. Yeah, get to know me, her. You already know me. Get to know our dynamic, basically. So we'll see. We might low key it'd be funny if when dad edits this, he makes a little timer on how many times you spin the chair. Like bing. Fine. Sure. I'm gonna prove you guys wrong, and I'm gonna only spin, I guess I'm gonna spin it twice. Twice. I mean, I'm spinning a little bit right now. How many times do you guess you're gonna spin? I'm gonna spin. Yes. Like a lot of times. Yeah. I'm not like whipping around. Just a little. Okay, what is a little spin. What is the first question? So yeah, basically the point of this episode is just so you guys can get to know us a little more, our dynamics, and you know, it's the only the second time Adeline's been on here. What is the first question? She's eager, she wants to get into it. She doesn't she doesn't like all my pre-apping, apparently. I liked your pre-yapping, but we did a lot last time. So let's like get into it this time. Okay, okay, okay. Okay. How about if we swapped lives for a day, what would be the hardest part? So the rules of this is based it's like Freaky Friday. Like you're in my body, I'm in yours, but we're still the same people, but I have your friends, vice versa, all that interesting stuff. What would be the hardest about being me? Probably being so short. Yeah, honestly, it's pretty hard being the perfect height. So I'm sure that'd be difficult for you to adjust to. The hardest part about being in your body or being you, I suppose. Hmm. I suppose the hardest part would be maybe brushing my hair because it's just so short and my hair's so long. Mine's very it'd just be really trippy, you know. I'd just start brushing other things. I don't know. And it'd obviously be really hard because like I'd be like the BFG like giant and I'd just be throwing myself around. So that'd be pretty difficult. Okay, well, let's switch gears. What's one thing you admire about me? Admire about you? Hmm. Let me think. Realistically, actually. I I I'm thinking, I'm thinking, okay, chill. I don't know if I believe you. Let's see. Probably that you would stand up for yourself because what it's not even true though. Yes, it is. You do stand up for yourself. I admire that you don't care what other people think and that you're just gonna do what you're gonna do, regardless. Thank you. Who's most likely to fall while walking? Me, certainly not me. I I think it's dad though. Yeah, out of the entire family, it'd probably be Mr. Farrell, Robert, Mr. 10x. Yeah, it'd probably be him because you guys don't know this. However, I'm gonna share it anyway because he's not on this episode. He is currently listening to me right now, but he's not in the seat. So I'm gonna say it anyways.

unknown

Okay.

SPEAKER_03

You guys don't know, but when we were on vacation, he was sitting for a while. Because he was on a call with Zach and his business associates, and you know, he was on that for a long time. So then Yeah, he was sitting down, so it was like So then his leg fell asleep. So then when he went to stand up, he kind of fell into some bushes. So he's probably the most likely likely to fall while walking. Technically, he wasn't walking, but he's most likely to fall in general. But you're you're most likely to fall while walking, though. Speaking of, before we started this episode, I tripped on that. So who's most likely to be the messiest in the family? Be the clumsiest? See, now it just seems like I'm roasting you. I'll ask good questions. These are like literally just like pointed out. They're all you. Who was your first celebrity crush, Adeline? I know who's yours is. No, who's your first celebrity crush? Let me think. Okay. And since you know what mine is, maybe we could like in a few questions, we could switch gears and be like, what's my favorite this? You know, to see how well we know each other. Yes, okay. So I've had a few, but the first one that I can actually remember that I had a celebrity crush on was Alvin from Alvin in the chim. Yeah. I thought, I thought before that though, you watched Gravity Falls and Oh, I did a crush on Dipper. You like Dipper from Gravity Falls. Dipper Pines. Yeah, yeah. That yeah. Dipper and Alvin were probably my go and look it up. It's interesting. Yeah. It's a good uh show, but like Dipper is not not no. Some celebrity crushes that my friends have or something, okay. Yours was Simon. It was not, it was Simon. Okay, you've been obsessed with that ever since. Because everybody had said, oh, why is Simon from Alth and Chimong is kind of cute? And I was just following the crowd. I was like, you know what? He kinda is. He's one of my hear me outs, I guess. He's on your hearing outside But he was never, I was never obsessed with him, and I you're you that's just really annoying. I was never like really funny, okay? What is your first celebrity crush then? If it's not Simon, who was it? No, bro. My first one, yes, probably just Walker Scope, honestly. First and current. What's your most embarrassing childhood story? I was really little, so like it wasn't like embarrassing, but looking back on it, I'm like, I can't believe I said that. There was like a man in the grocery store, and mom was holding me, and apparently, I think I was around three years old, maybe. And he had the big white beard and everything, and I called him Santa Claus. That's not too bad though, because you're little. I said something else really embarrassing when I was little, though. Okay, let's switch gears and see how well we know each other. Okay. What's our favorite food? So I'm gonna say yours, you're gonna say mine. And we have multiple, so any one of them would count. You like pizza a lot, but I don't know about favorite food. Um I think everybody likes pizza. I feel like I like pizza a healthy amount. I think your favorite food is maybe your little roll-ups. What? Bare ones with cards. I was thinking you would say sushi or something or baiobans. Yeah, you do like both of those. Bro. Okay, what's what's mine? Yours? Probably salt on your chips. Yeah, yeah, that's right. That's right. Man, you I it's harder for you because you like everything. And I feel like you don't have one food that stands out. I don't have one food, I just really love bale buns and sushi. Definitely. What music do we each like? You like lots and lots and lots of movie soundtracks. She loves the greatest showman. She loves Julian the Phantom soundtrack. So any soundtrack from a TV show or movie that she enjoys, she will listen to. And the Chipmunks soundtrack. Julian the Phantoms is one of the top ones that I listen to. That one's like all that stuff. Literally, and what's another one? I have a whole movie soundtrack, playlist with all the soundtrack playlists on it. So yours is definitely Michael Jackson. We're literally just listening to it in the car. But I have others though. You also like I named three for you. You named three for me. Sleep Token for sure. And Ariana Grande. Correct, correct. Ding ding ding. Ooh, I'm gonna make sound effects anytime you get it wrong. I'm gonna go okay. That's my sound. Favorite TV show. Your favorite TV show is Alvin and the Chipmunks and Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers. Can you tell she really likes her chipmunks? I really like it. If you don't know Adeline, the one thing you should know about her is that she loves her chipmunks. Yes. If we ever do a Disney podcast, Chip and Dale are my favorites. We know. I was just way too close to the show. What's my favorite show? Wait, and you missed one is Julian the Phantoms 2. Ah, Julian the Phantoms, okay. You have a lot that you like. Not a lot of people. Well, yeah, I do have multiple different shows, but my one top one, obviously. A Good Girl's Guide to Murder. No! What? I mean, I know. Gilmore Girl? A Good Girl's Guide to Murder isn't even one of my favorites. I liked it, but I didn't love it. Gilmore Girls? No! I quit watching Gilmore Girls. I was bored. And I stopped watching it at first, Adeline. This is such an easy answer. I can't believe you just brushed right past it. I'll give you a hint. First scene Jacks. Yeah. I have been talking nonstop ever since season two released. I was around for one season one release as well. And I've I've read all the books, okay? I'm not a newbie, but I've loved it for years. What? Since 2023. I've loved the show ever since it came out. Favorite place in the world. Yours is Disney. Yours is Disney as well. I I have another one though, I guess. Here? Where's here? Springfield. Well no. Where's here? My house. My house is also my favorite place. Okay. Early bird or night owl? I feel like you're more of an early bird, honestly. I am. You're a night owl. Yeah, I definitely am. I honestly do think you're an early bird. I've never really thought of that, but I I kind of think you are. Introvert or extrovert? Extravert for me. Well, you say mine, I say yours. I think you're the one that's in the middle. I think we both are. We're both in the middle. Yeah. Because as you've gotten older, you've gotten more reserved. So cat person or dog person? Dog person, because I've had really bad experiences with cats. Well, for yours, I'm gonna say dog person because you've had really bad experiences with cats. What am I? You're dog person. A cat for you. You're both. Yes, ding ding. I threw an optimist or I've had bad experience with cats because all of my grandma's cats have been mean. I still love cats though. They're so cute. I've never had a cat, but I want one. Okay, what about an optimist or a pessimist? What's a pessimist? An optimist is somebody, you know what an optimist is, right? Yes. Optimist is somebody who looks on the bright side, very popular. Yeah. So a pessimist is the opposite of that. They're negative, but a pessimist usually takes it to like the complete opposite direction. This could happen. It's like really bad. You're, I think, a little bit of both. Depends the situation. I agree. Sometimes you're an optimist, sometimes you're whatever it is. Pessimist. Yeah, just a little bit of both, just a sprinkle. Depends the situation. I feel like you're not really either. It's not like you're both. You're just kind of neither. I don't really think you go heavily either, which way. Yeah. Describe me in three words, and I'll describe you in three words. Oh, I hate getting asked this question. I don't like this one. Why? Tell me more. It's just hard to describe it. You cannot capture the essence of someone's being into a singular three words. Is that what you meant to say? That was deep. Thank you. That was really deep. Thank you. My three words for you are goofy, strange, and loving. Okay. I would say pretty, kind, sassy. Okay. All right. Not sure how much I like that, but okay. Do you follow fashion trends? Which one is more into fashion out of the two of us? I think I've spoken that I'm not. Are you? No. I thought we were talking about what the other person is. You didn't talk. We're switching topics, huh? This is kinda these questions right here are kind of like if we're both being interviewed. How often do we argue for our viewers? How often do we argue? I don't feel I feel like we argue way less than the normal sibling do. We argue a little bit, not too much, I feel like. I feel like I feel like we've been arguing a little bit more though lately. But like Because you keep leaving when we just don't finish our barbecue. Even when we do argue, it's not a big thing usually. We don't. And even if it is, we bounce back in like five minutes. So we're like yelling at each other, and then one of us says something, and then we just start bursting out laughing. Here's a good one. If your sibling could be invisible, where would they go and what would they do? So you answer for me, I'll answer for you. Okay, you would go to an Ariano Grande concert for sure. If you're invisible, because you wouldn't have to use tickets. Exactly. I'd also spook people. I'd go haunt people. I feel like you would if you were invisible. You'd go to Disney and you'd sneak on rides. I don't know how that'd work, but you'd try at least. No, I would sneak on rides. So you know how there's usually cars that are out of order? Uh-huh. I would sneak on one of those. Yeah, I guess so. Don't know how that would work. You try and do something at Disney. Am I correct? Yes. What would I do at Disney? How long does it take your sister to get dressed? You don't take a hours. You don't take hours forever to get dressed. She takes forever to pick out an outfit, do her hair, and do her makeup. She literally takes literally my makeup takes like 30 minutes. 30 minutes? You literally do your under eye stuff with mascara and eyebrows. 30 minutes is way too long. I guess 30 minutes is a stretch. What about for me? Five hours? Bro. If you could be a superhero, what superpower would you have to do? If you could be a superhero, what superpower would you have? I'm answering for you. Okay. Um for you? I can't even answer for me, much less you. I'll give you a hint, we just talked about it. Oh, invisibility. Yeah. I feel like you like invisibility, but I feel like your mind is going to flying. Yeah, I actually was just thinking that. And also, I feel like invisibility and flying are like. But those are always the two that are asked. And they're like, what superpower do you like? Right. Invisibility or flying. I'm like, I would like both. Right. I feel like we forget about all the other ones. Like teleportation would be amazing. No mind reading. Teleportation is underrated. No. Mind reading. I would hate mind reading. It would have to be a certain way. It would have to be like I would. You'd just be able to control it. Yes. I wouldn't read people's mind like every second I walk past them, hear a thought. I would, I would be like, oh, I want to read this person's mind. And then I would be able to. Right. I would love teleportation, flying, and mind reading. Those would be my three. What would we do in a zombie apocalypse? You would disguise yourself as a zombie so then they didn't eat you. Huh? Yeah. Sure, like I would do that, yeah. Yours would be you would take a ton of chips, you would, you, you would have like a whole stock up. You would have a whole stock and you would just have an underground bunker with all your snacks in it. And then lock everybody out. That is entirely correct. Lock everybody out so you don't they so they don't. No, I take I'd take you guys with me. Yeah, but your snacks would be locked up. Ding ding ding. Yes, the snacks would be locked up. Okay. What is your dream job? Oh, I'll just have you answer this one because you've been talking about it. Going to the Disney program and being either one of the Disney characters or walking around the characters. Like walking around Chip and Dale would be my dream. Not being Chip and Dale, but walking them around. Ellie was saying a little bit ago when we were having lunch, he was like, that either makes or breaks the character experience. Yeah. Like the cast member. Okay. Well, to wrap it up, what are some of the things you love about Springfield? Love about Springfield. Okay. I like that all my friends are here. I really love my church. And what are some of the experiences that you love that we can go out and do? I have one for you. You love the Lincoln sites. Oh, yes, the Lincoln sites. I love this. And speaking might sound performative, but no, she's seriously, she loves the Lincoln sites. I they went there when you were a few weeks ago, right? When you were at your sleepover. Yeah. Whenever I get a chance, I love going to Lincoln sites. It's like my favorite thing. Yeah. And also going to Little Lincoln's toy shop. Yes, you love little Lincoln's. Anything with Lincoln in the name, I think I like. Perfect. Exactly. Heard it here first. Anything with Lincoln in the name, Adeline shall love. Yes. What are your favorite places? Just the basic Smallbojax, Knights Action Bahaller. I'm excited for the Levitt concert soon as well. I'm going to be going to two of those. Those are the count concerts downtown. So I'm excited for those. I think those will be fun. They've had a good turnout this year. So who's going to be there? I don't know. Is it a different artist? Yeah, yeah, it's a different artist. So it's different. It's a different group each week. Different group each week. Okay. Yeah. Well, thank you for joining us, Adeline. Of course. It's really fun. Yes. Love it. Well, thank you for joining us on NextGen on Elevate Springfield. We'll see you next time. See ya.
